Steve the Steam was a stoker on the first train to arrive in Vancouver in 1887. He loved the city so much that he never left, and spent his life working in the railyards. But Steve had a secret.
He was from a very wealthy family, and when he died he left a chest of treasures – with a trapped lock! You have just learned that he left a trail of clues around his favourite old parts of the city that hide a series of numbers to solve the combination.
But hunt carefully as wrong answers will trigger the trap, and hunt quickly as others are also on the trail.
