This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices operated by Uncorked Experiences Ltd., based in Canmore, Alberta, with regards to its App products for Cluesolvers, Mystery Towns, Canmore Uncorked, and Uncorked Festivals. - Uncorked Experiences Ltd. is the sole owner of the information collected through its sites and its App. Uncorked Experiences Ltd. only has access to and/or collects information given to it voluntarily via email, booking form, login screen or other direct contact from its clients. Uncorked Experiences Ltd. will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
- Credit card details or other financial information is not collected directly by Uncorked Experiences Ltd. and is instead collected through a 3rd-party payment gateway governed by its own privacy policy detailed here.
- Uncorked Experiences Ltd. will use client information ONLY to respond to enquiries regarding reasons it is contacted by its clients, or to provide occasional information regarding its products where the client has signed up knowingly and by providing consent. Uncorked Experiences Ltd. will not share your information with any third party outside of its organization, other than as necessary to fulfill a reservation request, e.g. to ship an order.
- Where a client has knowingly agreed to receive marketing information, Uncorked Experiences Ltd. may contact them via email in the future to advise about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
- No client information is stored within Uncorked Experiences Ltd.’s App products save that which is required for validation of product, which is then deleted once an experience has been successfully concluded.
